Understand the agreement that governs your use of TeamChart
By accessing or using TeamChart, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use TeamChart.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use TeamChart. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
TeamChart Pro is offered as a one-time lifetime access purchase. Once your order is processed, your Pro access is activated for your account. Payments are refundable within 30 days from the purchase.
You agree not to misuse TeamChart or assist anyone else in doing so. This includes prohibitions on reverse engineering, interfering with the service, uploading malicious content, or using TeamChart to break the law or infringe on the rights of others.
You retain ownership of the data you upload to TeamChart. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for providing the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
All intellectual property rights in TeamChart, including software, design, and documentation, are owned by TeamChart or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to TeamChart if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time; however, outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
TeamChart is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeamChart will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, or data.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of TeamChart after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
